Darla Roden

General Counsel

Darla Roden serves as General Counsel for LALA US, providing legal perspective and guidance for all U.S. functional teams.  She advises the Company on diverse legal issues, including contracts, acquisitions, employment and labor issues, trademarks and litigation.  Darla joined LALA US from Borden Dairy Company, where she served as Associate General Counsel-Litigation managing the national litigation docket and providing support for the Risk, Supply Chain, Distribution, Human Resources/Labor and Environmental, Health and Safety groups.  Darla was formerly with the law firm of Andrews Kurth LLP, where she spent more than 15 years as part of its complex commercial litigation group.

Darla holds a Juris Doctorate from the University of Virginia and a Bachelor of Arts summa cum laude in Letters from the University of Oklahoma, and is a Letzeiser medalist and Phi Beta Kappa.
